I expect its the peroxide in the cream that does the trick. It has worked for me. I apply quite thickly and leave for a day or 2.Robynhttps://www.etsy.com/listing/189771534/vintage-apron-1930s-mae-west-embroidered?ref=shop_home_active_1noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6259296199697258502.post-72978762890284138572014-04-29T22:09:35.573+10:002014-04-29T22:09:35.573+10:00Lovely work as usual. When a shirt became pink, I put it in cholorid water and it's shiny and white again. My little cat statues in the garden I clean with it, Apparently it is also used on cemetaries to clean the stones, it's cheap and efficient ! You can always try, maybe it works.Gattinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06636525277807715146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6259296199697258502.post-383121581206514842014-04-28T09:30:08.405+10:002014-04-28T09:30:08.405+10:00Poor little dolly! Tinsel and early plastics obviously don't mix, but one would never imagine it would have such a dreadful effect.<br />Your latest cross stitch is exquisite. I've done one or two SMALL projects on 14ct aida, that were meant for evenweave, and as you say, it can be done, and it does look good.Gina E.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07532527261977368083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6259296199697258502.post-48747633516289164522014-04-28T01:10:38.836+10:002014-04-28T01:10:38.836+10:00Your cross stitch is wonderful :)
