royal samplers

Here are the 2 embroidered samplers sent to me from Canada. The one on the left is from the Kings speech in 1939 and on the right is the Kings speech for Empire day 1940. King George VI that is.

I feel very privileged to be given these embroideries and they hold a prominent place on my wall.
