1902 Edward VII Coronation Sampler Reclaimed

Reclaiming my Edward VII sampler which has been on my wall and in my collection for a few years now. Sadly a photo of this has been used  without my permission or without credit to me. Now my sampler comes up under another name on any Google search. I don't mind my photos being used if mention is made of Linens and Royals.

  1. Good on you for pointing out the misuse of your sampler photo.

  2. I had the same story and don't know what to do. I had transformed a photo of the Waterloo church into a painting and found it suddenly on Facebook without my permisson or name ! As you say I don't mind that the photo is used but at least mention who had done it !

  3. I am happy to have received an apology and adjustment for the use of my sampler pic now listed as belonging to me and am grateful for this.

  4. There is so much of that going on, Sylvia; it really is a risk putting any photographs on the internet at all these days. Some people think they can just pick it up and run with it. The daughter of a friend of mine is an artist, and puts her drawings online for associates to see, but has had to stop doing that because her work was blatantly used and claimed by someone else who made a lot of money from it.
